Service history not updated in car. I wasnt given enough notice that car would not be ready on the time/day agreed, received phonecall 15minutes before allocated pick up time. My partner complained, flowers and a bottle of Proseco was given to us.

Our vehicle was not washed or vacuumed, as requested. In addition, the alloy (front) has been damaged, during the time our vehicle was with the service team. The vehicle has subsequently been re-booked for the repair, at the cost of Williams.

I was largely pleased with the experience however the dashboard in my mini does not seem to be showing that my car has now been serviced and warning lights are flashing up saying i need a service . I also didnt receive any kind of service report .

Service & MOT were relatively quick and I was kept informed throughout on progress etc. Main points of feedback: 1) business centre area - desks were rather dirty, don't think they'd been recently cleaned. 2) overall price very high

A few days later after receiving the vehicle back, noticed the glove compartment door has either a broken or the door catch bracket hasn't been put back. This was in perfect working condition prior to the vehicle being taken for its routine service.

On original booking wanted a wait one but apparently not booked for that (it was the rubbish AI agent). Once sorted and rebooked a great experience on arrival, waiting (perfect hosts, snacks and wifi) and then handover after cleaning.

All was good apart from collection. I got a message at 12.50 advising my car was ready for collection. I arrived at 1.40 and was advised it was being eashed and go get coffee, 2.05 advised should not be much longer. 2.20 i chased and got car back

I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT MY MOT HAD AN ADVISORY FOR THE FRONT TYRES BEING MARKED DOWN EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS 3MM OF GOOD TREAD LEFT. I FEEL THIS WAS NOT REQUIRED ON A CAR WHICH ONLY HAD 16000 MILES ON FROM NEW. I THINK THIS WAS UNNECESSARY AND PETTY.
